Signed-in customers can see every order, its status and its tracking number under My orders. Guest orders are confirmed by email instead.

Contact support as soon as possible with your order number — orders move to packing quickly, so we cannot promise a change once that has started. Orders placed to a restricted state or area are cancelled and refunded in full; see Shipping Restrictions.

Stock is re-checked against the warehouse when you place the order, so an item can sell out between adding it to your cart and paying. The checkout tells you which line is affected and how many are left, and no payment is taken.

Yes — US orders over $100 ship free. The threshold is applied to your order subtotal when the order is placed, so the shipping charge you see in the order summary is the amount you are actually charged. Full terms are in the Shipping Policy.

Orders are cut off at 5:00 PM (EST), Monday to Friday. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit 5–7 business days, for an estimated total of 6–9 business days. Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier delays, holidays and weather.

Orders ship via UPS, USPS or FedEx depending on destination and package size. The PACT Act requires an adult signature (21+) at delivery on every vape shipment, so please ship somewhere an adult can sign.

We ship within the United States only, and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses. Several states and cities restrict flavoured or disposable vape products; the current list is on Shipping Restrictions. Orders to restricted areas are cancelled and fully refunded.

When your order ships you receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, which you can follow on the carrier’s own site. Signed-in customers also see it on the order page.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Requests after that may not be eligible — the full terms are in the Refund Policy.

No. GeekBar Vapes covers return shipping on approved returns and provides a prepaid label. There are no restocking or handling fees.

Email support@geekbarvapes.shop with your order number. The team replies within 24–48 hours and sends a prepaid label if the return is approved. Once the return arrives and is inspected, refunds go back to the original payment method and can take up to 7 business days to appear.

Stock is sourced from verified US distributors and checked before it leaves the warehouse. Devices that carry a manufacturer scratch-and-verify label can be checked against that manufacturer’s own authentication portal using the code under the silver panel.

It depends on the device — every product page lists the puff figure the manufacturer states, and you can browse by puff count. Devices with a boosted or pulse mode deliver fewer puffs in that mode. Real-world puff counts vary with draw length and how often you vape.

Strengths differ per product and are listed on each product page, where you choose the strength before adding to the cart. Nicotine is an addictive chemical; these products are for adults 21 and over only.

The discount is applied by our server: it re-reads the offer, re-checks the minimum against your recalculated subtotal and adjusts the order total before your card is charged. If a code has expired or the minimum is not met, checkout tells you and no discount is applied.

Free US shipping is applied automatically to qualifying orders and does not need a code, so it applies alongside a bundle code.
